Technical Verification
Our engineers will conduct a remote diagnostic check to confirm the hardware status and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the device using the original anti-static foam and heavy-duty boxing to prevent transit damage, clearly marking your RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once received at our warehouse, your miner will undergo a final hardware inspection before your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
